- $60 cleaning fee per booking.
- $40 linen fee per booking.
- 2 night min booking.
- Cycle Challenge, IronMan, Xmas/New Years and Summer Concert bookings are $250 per night and min 4 nights.
- Weekly rates available for longer term stays.
